Meyer Memorial Trust awarded $400,000 to the Confluence Project to develop a number of sites that were key locations in early local history at sites Lewis and Clark visited. Above, visitors to the Sandy River site examine the engraved black locust slats of the Bird Blind, designed by artist Maya Lin.
