Community Partners for Affordable Housing developed The Watershed, a mixed-use, LEED Silver certified, 51-unit, affordable housing complex for seniors (55 and older, formerly homeless veterans and people with disabilities) in Hillsdale.  A Meyer Memorial Trust grant helped the organization secure its first permanent office space, providing stability, energy efficiency, service integration and partnerships.
