Meyer Memorial Trust welcomes public use of its meeting facilities to grantees in keeping with the Trust’s mission to “work with and invest in organizations, communities, ideas and efforts that contribute to a flourishing and equitable Oregon."
MMT’s Rainbow Room is available for use* free of charge by grantees for events that are consistent with MMT’s mission and values. The conference room is only available for use during our business hours – between 8:30am and 5:00pm – including set-up and clean-up time. The Rainbow Room is not available for private social gatherings, for fundraising or commercial purposes, for religious services or ceremonies, or for the benefit of private individuals or entities.
The room has a maximum capacity of 42 people when configured for stadium seating (see configurations below) and has a ceiling mounted projector and drop-down screen for presentations, as well as teleconferencing capabilities.
Our offices are located in Portland at 425 NW 10th Ave., Suite 400.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: While every effort will be made to avoid scheduling conflicts, Meyer Memorial Trust reserves the right to cancel a reservation up to 3 business days before the scheduled event if the space is needed for an MMT-sponsored event.
