If you’ve perused our website, you may have come across a description of MMT’s investment in ocean conservation.  MMT has always had a strong commitment to the stewardship of Oregon’s land-based natural resources.  In 2006, we learned that an incredibly small portion of private funding for the environment goes to ocean conservation.

Our communications director, Marie Deatherage, has been urging more of the MMT staff to join the 21st century and blog!  I want to get with the program, but honestly find the idea of blogging daunting to say the least.  An experience I had as college English major, at the dawn of the digital age, may have some bearing.
